For Orders to be delivered in United States -
We offer Free Shipping to any address in the United States
When you place an order, you should expect to receive your order within 7 - 8 Business days from the day your order was confirmed. We will notify you with an email about the shipping and tracking details of your order.
For Orders to be delivered in India -
We charge a fixed amount based on Total Order Value as mentioned below:
- Shipping Charge of 250/- INR on an Order Value between 1/- INR to INR 5000 /- INR.
- Shipping Charge of 500/- INR on an Order Value between 5000/- INR to 10,000/- INR.
- Shipping Charge of 750/- INR on a Order Value between 10,000/- iNR to 15,000/- INR
-For Business Accounts
Shipping is chargeable to Businesses/ Wholesalers ordering from us in Bulk Quantity.
We will convey the shipping price to you through an email with the shipping invoice once your order has been placed on our website.
We will only confirm and dispatch your order when we receive confirmation regarding the shipping payment.
Returns Policy
-For Guests, Signed up Individuals & Business Accounts ( United States & India)
Product qualifies for return if it has been received by the customer in a damaged state.
Inform customercare@themjsliving.com within 7 days of the delivery date of the product along with order number and the proof of the damaged good to qualify for return. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The amount to be refunded will be processed in the same form it was received by us.

Cancellation Policy ( United States & India)
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending us an email on customercare@themjsliving.com. We do not accept cancellation of orders after 24 hours if the order has already been shipped.
